DAY 3 | 19 AUGUST 2021

Agile Methodology in Rewards and Performance Management Program

Course Overview

“Nothing measured, nothing done”. This phrase has been the mantra for companies in implementing performance management to provide a structured approach for their managers to set performance expectations for their employees and motivate them by the rewards and recognition that commensurate with their appraised performances.

However, many companies have since realized the efforts put into the implementation do not correspond to motivated employees focusing on constantly improving on their performances, but instead getting negative feedback from managers and employees on their less than desired experiences and treating the appraisal process as nothing more than a paper or desktop exercise.

In this interactive session, you will go through a facilitated learning with fellow HR leaders and your facilitator who is a seasoned HR practitioner just like you. Common challenges will be discussed, and the latest thought leadership and practices performance and rewards will be shared and how such practices are aligned with the essence in agile methodology. You will bring back valuable ideas that you can implement immediately.
