Alvin Kanniah is the Head of Human Resources at Ground Team Red, where he leads his team to positively impact the lives of over 3,400 employees.

Alvin discovered an affinity for the HR profession having been drawn to have deep and meaningful conversations on what makes an organisation tick – its People. He then embarked on a journey to earn his Masters of Business Administration, with Specialisation in HR Management from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.

With over 20-years of multi-disciplined experience, Alvin is a firm believer in the adage “Great leaders create more leaders”. Leveraging life-long learning as an implement to affect this, he has mentored and positively influenced the trajectory of budding leaders in past and present organisations.

Alvin is currently rekindling an interest in music and finds it enriching to delve into the expanse of knowledge on Audible and The Economist.
