Amanda Lim is the Head of Talent Management at Wellous Group, serving as the Centre of Excellence (COE) for Talent Management, where she oversees both talent acquisition and talent development. With more than 15 years of corporate experience across the education, finance, and health industries, she brings a well-rounded perspective in building people strategies that support business growth. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development (HRD) and is a certified coach, actively integrating coaching principles into leadership development and talent practices. Amanda is passionate about developing people, strengthening organisational capability, and creating sustainable growth through practical and human-centric HR strategies.
