Amani Yusof

Amani Yusoff joined Telekom Malaysia Berhad as Vice President, Remuneration and Performance Management in 2021. She brings almost 24 years of Talent, Rewards and Human Resource experience both in corporate and consulting.

Previously Amani was the HR Head of Axiata Digital Services (ADS), the digital arm of Axiata Group with businesses in Digital Advertising and Digital Banking. During her time at ADS, she developed a 3-year HR Blueprint, charting a path from building a solid HR Foundation to a fully Digitalized HR. She also lead the organization transformation for one of the subsidiaries under ADS, which entailed the rationalization of roles and functions, the optimization and redeployment of employees and managing out redundancies. One of her proudest moments was when she launched the award program, “Game Changers”, to recognize colleagues who have demonstrated exemplary performance and values.

Prior to Telekom Malaysia and Axiata, Amani held various HR roles in consultancy firms including Willis Towers Watson, Aon Malaysia and Hay Group, as well as Sime Darby Group, a large Malaysian conglomerate with businesses spanning more than 12 countries.
