Originally, a graduate as a Computer Engineer and post graduate in Human Resources, Anjali is seasoned HR professional with over 15 years’ experience across multiple sectors, with proven expertise in leading transformations, talent management, organisation design and development, employee engagement and communication, diversity & inclusion, rewards and HR business partnering, across multiple countries.

Anjali is currently the Human Resources Director of Dutch Lady Milk Industries (FrieslandCampina) for Malaysia. Prior to joining DLMI, Anjali was the Regional Head of Talent Centre of Competence, for Nestlé in Asia Pacific and Sub-Saharan Africa Region,  wherein she was leading a multicultural, semi-virtual team delivering talent acquisition , recruitment marketing , employer branding , leadership and organisation development, team effectiveness, coaching, mentoring, diversity & inclusion, and learning and capability building solutions. Prior to that, Anjali has held various positions in Nestlé since 2006, including Corporate People Development and Employee Communications Lead for South Asia (based in India), and Change, Organization Design and Communications Lead for Indochina (based in Thailand) between 2013–2018. Anjali started her professional career as Management Trainee in IT Services and Consulting firm, Infosys Technologies Ltd. in India in 2005.

Through her various roles, Anjali has been able to bring entrepreneurial approach with strong result and people agility, a passion for developing Talent, a growth mind-set in front of challenges and great partnership approach.
