Anjan Varma is a seasoned HR professional with a strong track record in leading Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, and HR Transformation. With over a decade of global HR experience, Anjan has helped to shape and implement business-focused strategic HR practices for leading organizations.

Now part of Kerry GBS, Anjan helms their Rewards, Benefits & Mobility team based in Malaysia, serving two key regions – APMEA and Europe. Previously, Anjan carved significant roles at GSK and Asian Paints, including roles in Rewards, Global HR Transformation, HR Business Partnership, International HR, and Talent & Organizational Development.

An MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Computer Science Engineering Bachelor’s degree underpin Anjan’s business acumen and analytical thinking, enabling him to harness HR technology and data- driven insights effectively.
