Badrol is a dynamic corporate leader with nearly 30 years of HR experience in diverse industries, including worldwide hospitality, multi-national manufacturing, and global oil and gas companies.

Graduated from Texas A&I University (Technology) and Penn State University (Talent Management); he is also an MIHRM-accredited Certified Industrial Relations Manager.

Currently Head of HR at MMHE Holdings Berhad, an MISC Group affiliate. Prior to this, he worked for Sapura Energy and TechnipFMC in several HR leadership roles in APAC region, and was involved in PETRONAS RAPID Project, overseeing 20,000 people across the mega-construction site.

A passionate coach with extensive experience addressing large audiences in public and private seminars in wide-ranging HR topics, he also lectures Employment Law and Industrial Dispute Resolution at MIHRM.
