Zhan Kin is the Director of Human Resources and Administration with Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil. He started his career as a management consultant where he was involved in business improvement projects that focused on developing framework and motivating employees for higher performance and productivity. He subsequently expanded his role as the lead for transformation management office taking up leadership role for M&A and joint-venture initiatives including pioneering the supply chain team for five integrated companies.

His current role as RSPO people leader with colleagues spanning across 18 countries is to foster an environment where they are valued, respected, and empowered to bring their best selves to work every day. Together with his leadership team, he focusses on investing in employee’s growth and development, providing them with opportunities for learning and advancement as well as recognizing and celebrating their achievements.

Throughout his career, Zhan Kin have worked with various top management and advised large public listed companies such as Malaysia Airports, Sime Darby, DRB-HICOM, KWSP, Maybank and Kumpulan Guthrie.

In his leisure time, he loves gardening, fishing and enjoying mother nature.
