Christine Oh oversees the HR and L&D divisions at Arcadis Malaysia. She is responsible for the full spectrum of HR function within the country and for translating the business strategy into HR strategy that supports the achievement of both HR and operational goals of the organisation. She acts as an advisor and leader on HR issues within the business. She is also closely involved with planning and implementing regional and global L&D initiatives, from changing the way we view and continuously develop performance to revamping the all-round experience of our managers worldwide. In 2017, she was a core member of the organising committee for Global Shapers, a unique annual program providing 100 young professionals from all over the world with opportunities to build their international network, share insights, and innovatively improve the way our business works.

Prior to moving into the HR arena, Christine gained experience in other roles in the banking, education, and professional accounting industries.
