Dr. Koh Ngee Loke is the HR Director for Ultra Clean Technology (UCT) – a US based MNC in the semiconductor industry with headquarters in Hayward, California – where he oversees the full spectrum of HR activities for Malaysia and Thailand including legal compliance, budget planning, talent staffing, retention, employee engagement and compensation and benefits.

In his 20+ year career, Dr. Koh has worked at Fortune 500 companies including Motorola and Sanmina where he held various roles in Manufacturing and Human Resources Operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and a PhD from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
