Where and when will the event be held? 

Total Rewards Asia Summit 2026 will take place in Malaysia from 22-23 July 2026. All times and dates reflected on the website and brochures are in MYT (GMT+8).

Will I be able to download any of the presentations shown at the event? 

Yes, you will be able to download the slides upon completion of the feedback form at the end of each day you are attending. Please note that only slides approved for sharing by each speaker will be downloadable.

Can I cancel my conference registration? What is your refund policy? 

No cancellation is allowed upon registration. Unfortunately, there will be no refund made for non-attendance. However, if you are unable to attend the conference, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague after informing the HRO team.

What if I can’t attend at the last minute? 

Given the nature of this event, the success of Total Rewards Asia Summit 2026 is highly dependent on a full turnout and commitment from all participants. If you are unable to attend at the last minute, you could transfer your registration to the appropriate member of your HR team, and we request you to inform the organisers (HRO) of this change at the earliest.

Am I able to bring a colleague or friend along?

Do I have to bring along anything to the conference? 

Simply bring yourself, a positive and open attitude to learning, a jacket/shawl (it might get cold in the conference room!), and your business cards for registration and networking. As an attendee, you are not required to prepare a presentation. 

Is Total Rewards Asia Summit 2026 HRD Corp claimable?

We are currently in the process of applying for HRD Corp claimability. The website will be updated once approval has been obtained. We encourage interested participants to check back regularly or contact the HRO team for updates.
