Harvindar is a seasoned Human Resources practitioner who has worked with business leaders, MDs, and CHRO’s to help organizations transform their Human Resources departments and drive business performance. He has more than twenty-five years’ experience of working in multiple industries in Human Resources for organisations including Lotus Engineering, Bluescope, Volvo, Royal Bank of Canada, and most recently Sunway Group.

Harvindar holds an MBA from Newcastle University Australia & has a degree in Business Administration and a degree in Applied Psychology. He also obtained the reputable Diploma in Industrial Relations from the Malaysian Employers Federation. Adding to these he is a Certified Level IV trainer, a highly sought-after certification in the Training fraternity. He is also certified to deliver several high level and high value trainings such as Stephen Coveys 7 habits and Blanchard’s Situational Leadership programs.
