Throughout her 19-year career as an HR professional, Ilina has assumed various strategic roles in key areas including people strategy, people policy, performance management and global mobility. She specialized in Compensation & Benefits, where she is currently the Principal Remuneration serving as PETRONAS subject matter expert on Total Rewards. Additionally, she is currently leading a rewards team that develops remuneration solutions for PETRONAS’ Upstream business entities, both locally and internationally.

Ilina is a certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®) from WorlatWork USA. In addition to her focus on developing people’s competency in total rewards, Ilina is driven to humanize the reward experience which she believes will create a positive and inclusive work environment for organization.
