She currently holds the role of Senior General Manager – Human Resources & Corporate Communication at Wipro Unza Malaysia, where she leads the end-to-end HR and communications functions for both Wipro Unza and LD Waxson subsidiaries in Malaysia under the Wipro Consumer Care Group.
Jessica’s professional journey is marked by a consistent track record of elevating workforce performance and cultivating dynamic, inclusive, and future-ready organisations. She spent nearly 20 years with Samsung Electronics, where she progressed through various leadership roles, gaining in-depth experience in strategic HR planning, organisational design, and change management in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Following her tenure at Samsung, Jessica joined Munchy’s Food Industries, where she served as HR Lead, overseeing operations across Malaysia, Indonesia, and China. During this time, she spearheaded large-scale workforce initiatives that enhanced cross-border talent development, employee engagement, and performance-based cultures, cementing her reputation as a regional HR thought leader.
Since joining Wipro Unza in 2015, Jessica has been a catalyst for transformation, guiding the organisation through critical shifts in talent strategy, leadership development, and HR digitalisation.
