Her career has been marked by a proven track record in implementing best practices, crafting HR policies from the ground up, and driving organizational transformations. She specializes in supporting small to large workforces, managing cross-functional teams, and partnering with business leaders to achieve strategic objectives. She is also recognized for her expertise in change management, talent development, and building high-performance cultures. The recipient of the Dynamic HR Leader of the Year Award in 2023.
