Syafiqah is currently the Head of HR for Natura Malaysia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Natura&CO, the 4th largest beauty group in the world. As part of a global team, she is responsible for spearheading the people development agenda and partnering with business leaders in Malaysian operations to ensure alignment with the international team and cross-cultural assimilation. She also leads the change management initiative that drives employees and leaders to innovation, agility mindset, and digital business environments.
