Kugahnaesen (Kugahn) is an accomplished HR and organisational development leader with over a decade of experience in the people development space. He currently is the Head of People Strategy and Organisational Development at PLUS Malaysia Berhad, the largest highway concessionaire in Malaysia, where he focuses on organizational efficiency, strategic HR projects, succession planning, and recruitment.

Prior to this, Kugahn was a management consultant at a couple firms, including EY, specializing in organisational strategy and human capital. He has been involved in large-scale cost savings, skill development, and succession planning related initiatives.

Kugahn began his career as part of the pioneer cohort of Teach for Malaysia as SPM Mathematics Teacher for two years. He holds a BSc in Economics from UCL and has completed Executive Education Programs in Sustainability and HR Analytics with Imperial Business School and Cambridge University respectively. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified professional.
