Mahafiz brings over two decades of human capital leadership across Malaysia and ASEAN, including key roles at AIA’s Regional Compensation & Benefits office in Hong Kong and AIA Malaysia, where he was instrumental in launching the International Takaful Operator business.
He has consulted for TATA AIG and AIG Lippo Indonesia, and further strengthened his expertise with Nestlé, Danone Dumex, and Johor Corporation. Known for his people-first leadership and practical approach, Mahafiz excels at bridging global best practices with local realities.
