Mei Wan is currently the Total Rewards Associate Director for BD SEA and ANZ. She has held several HR roles in the Consulting and Life Science industries. With her deep expertise in leading rewards priorities, Mei Wan designs and implements differentiated TR solutions aligned with the organization’s strategic agenda.

Mei Wan led various TR harmonization projects within the Merger & Acquisition space, revamped salary and incentive structures for major business transformations, implemented flexible benefits program and a holistic well-being program for 1,000+ headcounts across 6 countries. Mei Wan also started the Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) Associate Resource Group for BD Malaysia to empower women to fulfill their career aspirations.
