Ifran is passionate about leveraging people-data to drive value for employees and organisations. With an engineering background from the University of Melbourne, he began his career as an engineer before transitioning into human capital management, eventually leading group-wide workforce planning for TM Group. At Willis Towers Watson, he worked with clients to develop talent, organisational, and people transformation strategies aligned with business goals. He also played a key role in the CelcomDigi merger, shaping rewards and organisational design for Malaysia’s largest Tech-Co.

Currently, as Head of Rewards and Organisational Development at Boost Holdings, Ifran blends data-driven insights and broad experience to align rewards and people strategy, enhancing employee experience and business performance.
