Nurul Ili Jamaluddin is a seasoned HR leader with deep expertise in total rewards, performance management, and HR transformation. As Group Head of Rewards at Jebsen & Jessen – a multinational group operating in 16 countries – she shapes global reward strategies that create impact, strengthen culture, and align people strategies with the organisation’s vision. Her career spans global and regional roles at companies such as PETRONAS, UMW, and DNV GL, as well as consulting stints with Korn Ferry and Willis Towers Watson. 

Outside the boardroom, Nurul Ili is an avid marathon runner on a personal quest to earn the Six Star Medal (ask her about it!). She believes that marathon running, much like leadership, demands grit, clarity of purpose, and the discipline to stay focused through challenges. Nurul Ili holds a degree in Actuarial Studies and Finance from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
