Olive is a People leader with experience in human resources and people management, specialising in rewards and wellness risk management.

She held senior roles in grocery & retail industry and consulting firm with commercial responsibility. Her experiences include building the People division and new business segment from the ground up for the organisations in Malaysia and UAE. And now, she is the Head of Total Rewards and People Services at Maxis.

She is passionate in talent development, innovation, and sustainability in people agenda. A believer in woman and talent empowerment, constant development and learning to be future-ready, she is bold to explore creativity in people practice by leveraging technology & intelligence.

Olive holds a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Southern Queensland, Australia and is a Certified Financial Planner of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia.
