Pauline is the Head of Human Resources & General Affairs for Samsung Malaysia. With more than 20 years of experience in the Human Resources in various companies including Korn Ferry International, Hong Leong Management and Hong Leong Bank, she has been involved in areas such as human resources management, executive coaching, performance management, succession planning and talent acquisition. Pauline has also been a director in People Space, BTI Consulting and Trilogue Consulting firms. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from RMIT.

A firm believer in collaboration and collective intelligence, Pauline strives to always bring out the best in teams, drive employee engagement and build strong talent pipelines. She is married with two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
