Penelope, better known as Penny has close to 20 years of experience in HR. As a consultant heading the Total Rewards practice in a leading global consultancy firm to a HR practitioner in both multinational and local settings, Penny has shaped Total Rewards propositions which are competitive, progressive, and sustainable.

Her experience spans across developing risk-based short-term incentives and long-term incentive plans, post-merger integration pay and benefits alignment, incorporation of Shariah principles into employee benefit plans, introduction of flexible benefits for multi-generational workforce, adoption of employee self-managed medical and wellness plans, and more recently enabling employees to embrace a balanced life which incorporates physical health, mental resilience, financial planning and management, and social wellness.

The Total Reward propositions she crafts have led to increased employee engagement with well-managed reduction in overall employee Total Rewards cost.
