Cancellation Policy
1. All bookings are final and non-refundable except in the case of Clauses (4) and (5).
2. Replacement / substitution are allowed, up to 1 week before the event at no extra charge.
3. Lighthouse Independent Media reserves the right to alter the programme without notice including the substitution, amendment or cancellation of speakers and/or topics.
4. In the case of event postponement, Lighthouse Independent Media will refund if you are not able to make it on the new dates.
5. In the event of the conference being cancelled by Lighthouse Independent Media, a full refund will be made to you.
6. Lighthouse Independent Media reserves the right to cancel or redirect your registration to the relevant category, in case the applicable pass is not chosen at the registration stage.

Additional Terms & Conditions:
* Besides the customary fees charges by credit cards companies (such as VISA and MasterCard), banks may also impose a separate "administrative fee" which can vary greatly. The consumer however only sees a rolled-up foreign exchange rate, which hides the breakdown between the foreign exchange spread, bank fees and credit card company fees.
* In event that you encounter this additional fee, please contact your credit card issuing company (as fee is not imposed by event organiser).
