He focuses on aligning structure, culture, and systems to strategic priorities while leading initiatives that enhance engagement, recognition, and productivity.

With deep expertise in strategic HR transformation, talent management, and organisational effectiveness across diverse industries, Shu partners with senior leaders to embed a culture of excellence and accountability. Previously, he held leadership roles at Maybank, Samsung, and Mah Sing, where he delivered HR transformation, organisational design, and workforce planning. Combining analytical insight with people-centric leadership, Shu ensures every initiative creates measurable impact. 

Shu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication (Journalism) from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.
