She has almost 20 years of experience spanning across Multi-National and Public Listed Companies that includes extensive appointments in local and regional roles. She started her career as a Management Trainee in DHL Express and has since held various HR roles specializing in the areas of Performance & Talent Management and Organization Design. One of her career highlights is her stint in corporate transformation as Senior Transformation Manager at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Information Technology and earned her MBA, both from University of Malaya. In her free time, she enjoys practising yoga and is a certified Yoga instructor.
