Su Lyn Doong is an HR professional, with experience across the oil and gas, consulting, shared services, and aerospace sectors. She has worked with multinational organisations on workforce strategy, employee relations, culture building and employee engagement, compensation and benefits strategy and HR operations, supporting leadership teams through organisational change, workplace investigations, and complex employment matters. Su Lyn is a recipient of the MAIA Phoenix Award and an active member of the Human Capital Panel at the Malaysian Aerospace Industry Association (MAIA). She is passionate about developing local talent and strengthening Malaysia’s competitiveness as a regional business hub.
