Sulaxmi Prasad has a strong track record of creating and scaling centers of competence for multiple organizations across both global and regional remits. Sulaxmi joined Zalora in 2021 as the Director and Head of People Centers of Expertise with the mandate of building pockets of deep competence and thought leadership while delivering innovative solutions in the areas of Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and People Analytics across all the markets Zalora operates in. Prior to this, she has also held global and regional Total Rewards leadership and talent roles in large companies.

She completed her MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Being a qualified engineer, she is a strong proponent of experimentation, use of both data and intuition to build cutting-edge solutions . Sulaxmi is also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
