Sunny holds 13 years of extensive experience spanned across prominent global Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) organisations including Procter & Gamble, Reckitt and Philip Morris International. His professional journey has taken him through diverse geographies, contributing to his well-rounded expertise in countries such as India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the UAE. He is an expert in the domains of Strategic Business Partnering, Change Management and Talent Acquisition.

Currently, he is the Director of People & Culture for PMI in Malaysia and is always eager to learn new things, Sunny is certified on and on the Hogan Assessment, and as a Korn Ferry Leadership Architect (KFLA). He loves to play tennis, and is a budding sketching artist.
