Terry started his career from humble beginnings and worked his way up successfully for the past 37 years in various fields from production, Six Sigma and human resources to where he is today. He graduated with a Master Degree in Business Administration at Charles Sturt University, Australia. 

Currently, he is the Vice President of Human Resources at Infineon Technologies, Melaka with a total workforce of over 10,000 employees. He is responsible for overseeing the full HR spectrum, supporting BE biz segments, site support functions and cluster functions. He has over 23 years of working experience managing HR organisations, including taking charge of regional roles that help to strengthen his HR capabilities and competency.

With his great enthusiasm and people-oriented mindset, he has effectively introduced numerous HR related programmes especially in the aspects of innovative health care services & wellness, optimising employees’ welfare & benefits and he had also led his HR team to win several awards and recognition, notably in the recent HR Excellence Awards.
