Thamayenthi Narayanan is a seasoned human capital leader with more than two decades of experience driving organisational transformation, talent development, and business growth across diverse industries. She currently serves as Senior Director, Country Human Resources for DKSH Malaysia and has recently assumed the ad interim role of Senior Director, Group Cluster Human Resources, overseeing the people agenda across Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
