Theepen Manokaran is a seasoned employee relations lead with a wealth of experience across various industries in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Currently the Employee Relations Centre of Excellence Lead in APAC for ResMed, his role acts as a consultant for People Business Partners and Advisors on mid to complex Employee Relations matters. He partners with ResMed’s global team and the local legal and people teams to operationalize Employee Relations processes, letters and guidelines, while providing important insights and coaching. He also conducts training for Line Managers and the HR Team on the best practices to manage people while complying to local labour and employment laws.
