Upasna comes with a proven track record of designing and delivering Total Rewards solutions for both internal and external clients, across India and the Asia Pacific region. Upasna started her career at Deloitte in India and has worked with IBM and WTW in Malaysia before joining Novartis in 2019.

In her current role at Novartis, she leads digital rewards implementation across region with an aim to create engaging user experience for Novartis associates. Prior to this, as country rewards lead for Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam, she spearheaded successful introduction of reward programs focused on DEI and employee wellbeing. She is passionate about simplifying rewards for non-rewards professionals to enable a positive and inclusive rewards experience that aligns with business objectives.
