Vincent is the CEO of Tribe Benefits and the founder of United Points, a corporate rewards and engagement platform established in 2014, which was successfully acquired by Tribe in 2022.

With an extensive background spanning corporate payments, employee engagement, and corporate travel, Vincent has held leadership roles across established organisations including UOB Travel, American Express Travel, and American Express. His experience across both multinational corporations and high-growth startups has given him deep insights into building scalable solutions that improve employee experience and organisational efficiency.

Today, Vincent leads Tribe’s vision of transforming employee benefits and engagement through flexible, technology-driven solutions that empower both employers and employees across the region.

He holds a Master’s degree in Aviation Management with Second Upper Honours.
