Vivek is a performance-driven professional with 18 years of combined expertise in human resources and people management within the hospitality industry, in the areas of talent acquisition as well as in corporate and employment laws. He is a strategy architect in the development of innovative HR initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and capitalising on organisational development. A creative & critical thinker, problem solver and decision maker, Vivek effectively balances employee needs with the mission of the organisation. His strengths lie in communication, interpersonal relations, mentoring, negotiation and organisational skills.

Vivek is equipped with a track record of hands-on experience in human resources operations (in both union & non-union environments) and learning & development fields of the hospitality Industry.

Academically, holds a Master of Business Administration from UNITAR International University. Professionally, he is a certified trainer by HRDF (TTT/1591) as well as a CIHR by Asia E University.
