Jessica is currently the Human Resources Director for Schaeffler SEA\/P. She is a seasoned HR professional with close to 20 years of experience across multiple industries mainly multinationals specializing in HR Business Partnering, Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Operations and Mergers & Acquisition. Graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy with Honours from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Jessica started off her career as an auditor before moving to Human Resources. She then spent considerable number of years in Total Rewards before venturing into HR Partnership. Aside from Malaysia, she has also worked on assignment basis in Singapore and Shanghai, China. Jessica is passionate on employee experience and is part of the steering committee to drive employee engagement via An Even Greater Place to Work initiatives within Schaeffler.<\/p>\n
