Rashidin has a decade of experience in human capital, covering areas around rewards, talent management, and employee experience. His career as total rewards management consultant has taken him across regions, including Southeast Asia and the Middle East, working in various industries from oil & gas to family-owned businesses. He later moved into the start-up industry, where he ventured into emerging sectors including data analytics and telehealth.<\/p>\n

Currently, he is the Assistant General Manager of Remuneration & Performance Management in Telekom Malaysia, focusing on total rewards and strategic HR projects for the Group. He previously worked at Accenture as Technology Consultant, Korn Ferry and Willis Towers Watson as Talent & Rewards Consultant, and Head of Commercial at home-grown start-up companies specializing in data analytics and telehealth. He is certified in multiple Job Evaluation Methodology and psychometric assessment tools and participates in coaching and mentoring programs to help people realize their potential.<\/p>\n
