My expertise spans employee relations, industrial relations, talent development, HR analytics, and compliance management, with a strong track record of leading large-scale HR transformations. Navigating the complexities of workforce planning, organisational change, and employee engagement, I have successfully shaped workplace cultures that foster diversity, inclusion, and high performance.<\/p>\n

Partnering closely with business leaders across Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, India, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Israel and the wider APAC region, I play a critical role in influencing executive decision-making, leveraging data-driven insights, HR technology, and analytics to optimise talent strategies.
