Sajjad Parmar is the CEO and Founder of The Talent Accelerator, a total rewards firm based in Singapore. He has over two decades of global HR and total rewards experience working companies like Unilever, GSK and eBay. He started his career with Unilever Pakistan and then transferred to their Singapore office. He then moved to GSK as the Reward Head for Asia Pacific, while double hatting as HR Transformation Lead and Head of HR for Malaysia. His last role was with eBay as the Head of Reward for International Markets.<\/p>\n

He has launched The Talent Accelerator with the aim of improving practical, efficient practitioner\u2019s total rewards and HR solutions while building compensation tech products.<\/p>\n
