Laavenia Ramasegar is the Head of Wellbeing at CelcomDigi where she leads enterprise-wide strategies focused on employee wellbeing, psychological safety, and sustainable workplace performance. With over 20 years of professional experience in the Telco industry, she specialises in integrating wellbeing into leadership practices, organisational culture, and business strategy to build healthier and more resilient workplaces.<\/p>\n

Her work focuses on advancing mental health awareness, strengthening emotionally intelligent leadership, and creating psychologically safe environments where individuals and teams can thrive. Her approach draws on her deep expertise in emotional intelligence, behavioural science, solution-focused coaching, and mental health advocacy to embed wellbeing as a core driver of sustainable performance.<\/p>\n

Prior to leading wellbeing, she spent many years as an engineering expert in the telecommunications industry, bringing a unique blend of technical, operational, and human-centred perspectives to her work in organisational wellbeing. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics from University of Hertfordshire and is a Certified Solution Focused Coach.<\/p>\n
