Wytinne Cheng is the Regional HR Director-Southeast Asia and Pacific (SEAP) for Jotun, one of the world’s leading paints and coatings companies.
She is leading and overseeing the regional HR function for SEAP region spanning over 9 countries by establishing various HR strategies and policies in line with global HR directions and regional business directions to support the growth ambitions for Jotun in the region.

Wytinne has more than 26 years of solid HR working experience in reputable global companies and had held various HR roles including but not limited to senior consultant, head of talent management and part of regional management team. Prior to joining Jotun end of 2014, her last held position was Regional HR General Manager for Panasonic Asia Pacific based in Singapore.

Wytinne has been invited as guest speaker and panellist in various HR events, seminars and roundtable meetings in Japan, Singapore and Malaysia.
