Zaiem Meah is the Human Resources Director for Lam Manufacturing Malaysia (LMM) at Lam Research with 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, specialising in leadership development and Industrial Relations.

Prior to joining Lam, he was the Country Human Resources Manager at Zebra Technologies Malaysia. Earlier he was a Human Resources Business Partner at National Instruments where he supported various business groups like manufacturing, finance, and R&D. He began his career as an HR Practitioner specializing in Industrial Relations and Employee relations with a focus on compliance and employee engagement at HGST Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd. During his tenure there he earned his lean sigma green belt with a project that effectively reduced Direct Labor turnover by 30%.

Zaiem earned his LLB Law from the University of London in 2010.
