Amanda Lam is the Senior Director & Head of People – SEA, Edelman, where she collaborates closely with the leadership team and oversees all aspects of the HR strategy, championing performance management, culture, and employee engagement initiatives.

Amanda has 15 years of experience across regional and global roles with expertise in HRBP, L&D, HR project, and talent management portfolios. Prior to joining Edelman, Amanda was with Zuellig Pharma Holdings as its Corporate HR Manager, overseeing regional projects such as employer branding initiatives, payroll migration, learning and development, competency maps as well as strategic HRBP duties and talent acquisition at the Corporate Office level.

Her current portfolio involves championing DE&I, change management, performance and employee engagement as well as other HR projects and initiatives that the team is looking to drive across Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand.

She holds a Bachelor of Business degree (Second Upper-Class Honours), from National Technological University, and a Master of Business Administration with Merit, from the University of London as a recipient of the Women Leader Scholarship Award.
