Annie is a seasoned HR practitioner with over 25 years of HR experience across healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences and technology industries. She has helmed senior leadership roles at GSK, Danaher Corporation, Sanofi, Citrix across global and APAC regions. Annie has lived and worked overseas in China and Australia, supporting corporate, R&D, science and manufacturing functions.

Annie graduated from The George Washington University (USA) with a Masters in Human Resource Development (HRD), Masters in Counselling and Degree in Business Marketing from Monash University (Australia). She is accredited coach with International Coaching Federation (ICF-PCC), and certified trainer (ACTA/CFP) with Workforce Singapore (WSQ) and achieved IHRP-SP, SHRM-SCP(US), FCIPD (UK) certifications.

On a personal note, Annie is an avid grass root leader and is passionate to champion diversity, inclusion, CSR and STEM. She is recognized with the prestigious Singapore Polytechnic Service Award (2010), Monash Excellence Award (2022) and People Matters Top L&D SEA award (2023) for making a positive impact through outstanding HR professional contributions to shape business and people agenda.
