Anshu comes with deep Reward experience helping organisations in setting up strong reward fundamentals, strengthening them, with focus on high impact reward solutions for business and employees. In the last 18 years, Anshu has supported HR Transformation in 2 organisations which included setting up of new service delivery model, technology adoptions and aligned rewards processes around it. Other areas of focus have been around mergers, acquisitions, divestitures as well as driving pay for performance programs, employee experience initiatives linked to reward touch-points with employees, health and wellness and introducing strong recognition program to drive performance, engagement for employees and right culture in the organisations.
