Bridget Neo is the Head of Human Resources APAC for Asendia APAC region. She is an international HR Professional who has more than 15 years of experience across different multinational corporations, such as Deutsche Post DHL Group, DGL Express, Rabobank, Citibank and JPMorgan Chase Bank.

She has lived and worked outside Singapore, in China and Germany. Her international HR knowledge and expertise covers full spectrum of HR disciplines and importantly from first-hand experience, having been involved and responsible in HR process and operational initiatives, international mobility process & policy, talent management & succession planning, HR setup for startups and harmonization HR programs for reorganizations.

With her Asian background and global mindset, she is inter-culturally adaptable and is understanding towards with different organisational environments and work cultures.
