Celestina Lee’s professional experience has been about people building from the start – as a counselor in her first job, subsequently, customer service manager in retail and tourism industries, followed by learning & development and human resources leadership roles in the Dairy Farm Group. She is now a 7-year Starbucks Singapore partner (that’s what all employees are called in Starbucks), who feels very proud to have designed signature benefits such as infinite leave, NS leave scheme, mental well-being specialist care. Currently, she is preoccupied with evolving the partner resources team to provide shared hr services to Starbucks Singapore’s parent company Maxim’s growing portfolio of F&B brands.
