Choon Fong is currently the Director in GovTech overseeing total rewards, workforce planning and performance management.

Prior to joining GovTech, Choon Fong spent close to 18 years in Economic Development Board, Ministry of Trade and Industry, as well as Singapore Airlines Limited.

She firmly believes in designing compensation and performance management policies that support the mission of the organisation, and is always curious to learn what has worked for others.

She enjoys reading and spending time with her two children.
