Clara is an experienced HR professional with a love for data; she is currently looking after People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning at AIA Singapore. She is passionate about using data to tell stories to help leaders make thoughtful People decisions. Her work in analytics has been used to provide insights for business leaders to make key decisions in rewards, staffing, DEI, and has resulted in better talent retention.

Clara has extensive experience in all aspects of HR: from job evaluation, compensation and benefits, competency frameworks, learning and development, to performance management and HRIS management. Clara holds a Masters of IT in Business (Analytics) from Singapore Management University, and a Bachelors in Economics & Econometrics from the University of Nottingham (UK). She is also a certified facilitator and trainer.
